By request, the gathering of accident data for inclusion in the DDAS continues despite the fact that the Geneva International Centre for Humanitarian Demining has started to collect IMSMA accident summaries in their "RAPID" tick-box database. The RAPID summaries have no detail and do not include the orginal investigation, so cannot be usefully revisited to identify trends, strengths and weaknesses.

Anyone wanting the full record of any particular accident should ask for access.
